Rapid Holding Systems 6 in 1 optimized pneumatic multichuck station is equivalent to 6 unites of Erowa Er-035519 compatible ITS Chuck 100 P integrated in a base plate and the inner parts assemble into the base.We develop this solution to get the advantages of ER-035519 ITS chuck in multichuck fashion. Air connections are at lateral side which are controlled by air gun or control unit. It applies to accommodating 6 pcs electrode holders or workpieces to do machining once at a time. Clamping force of each locator is up to 10000N.
